It only includes access to exhibition hall.    It does  not include access to conferences, congress materials, welcome reception nor coffee breaks.    

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations or reimbursements will only be accepted as per  the following conditions:

  1. Up to 1st November 2026, registrations will be reimbursed minus  20% deduction fee over the total payment received for administrative purposes.
  2. From 2nd November 2026 up to 15th April 2027, 50% of total payment received will be reimbursed.
  3. Change of names of participants  applying same payment will be allowed up to 16th April 2027.
  4. No reimbursements will be made as from 16th April 2027 neither change of names of participants.

Transfer of participants names paid in full will be accepted up to 15th April 2027.   
Any reimbursements requests  will be studied and processed  after the Congress.
